In teamfights you can drop stasis behind or on top, then toss out remotes

It's a balancing act.

Also abaddon is a rough matchup for Techies

But you can put mines in hidden spots that are not easy to see

In trees, on certain cliffs, etc.

But FWIW, I'm a Techies spammer with almost 2000 games. I know all the spots, and enjoy playing Abaddon regardless.
